In closing, if you can get your hands on this (god bless canada) get it, ive literally tried almost every preworkout imagine-able and nothing compares, these arent pussy sessions either today my back session was barbell rows, close and wide grip lat pulls, seated rows and wide grip rack pulls, with biceps forearms and rear delts. Now strength wise i didnt notice too much, its almost just an endurance boost that makes every set feel like your first set.Īlso, im not sure how it effects other people, but i just get a really clean smooth energy, although i take tyrosine, taurine, theanine, beta alanine, a carb/bcaa intra workout and creatine also, i feel if i were on steroids this is what id train like. Its literally like youre just a higher being. Now the good part, i do a legs push pull routine (every body part is hit once every 5 days), before the eca stack id do about 30 sets and be nearly fucking dead at the end of it these past 2 training sessions 40 sets each and honestly couldve went back and trained again. Now i will state ive only used the stack twice so far, but regardless here are the current results (can update if a single person ever looks at this) I use 24mg ephedrine, 400 mg caffeine, 162.5 mg of aspirin (half a tab) Im posting this because 99% of the posts i see about eca only talk about using it for fatloss and i mean fuck those guys, we get hype over here.
